Shades of grey

His life is shades of grey.
Not pure good,
but not completely  bad.

His heart is shades of grey.
He has been hurt many times,
but still searches for love.

His mind is shades of grey.
He has learned to love, listen and care,
but also how to hate, disobey and deceive.

He has learned to live in shades of grey.
His life is not perfect,
but is better off than some.

He sees in shades of grey.
Over time he has learned many things,
there is no right or wrong, black or white,
but only shades of grey.
